Three ways to mount your curtain track
The support you have at the installation site will decide which connector you need.
Have a beam above the curtain? The Beam Flange Mount Connector can be used for that type of setup. It connects the curtain track to the beam and gives the track the support it needs.
For a track that will be fixed to the ceiling, there is the Ceiling Mount Connector. This works well when the track needs to stay close to the ceiling. It can be used for office partitions, room curtains, commercial areas, and similar spaces.
Sometimes the track needs to hang below the ceiling. In that case, the Chain Mount Connector gives you a way to suspend the track. This can be helpful when there is equipment, ductwork, or another obstruction above the curtain line.
All three mounting options can be purchased from this page. You can pick the one that suits the way your track will be installed.
How do you install it?
First, decide where the curtain track will run. Mark the corner where the direction changes. The 90 Degree Corner Connector goes at this point and joins the two sections of track.
Now look at the support available above it. Use the Beam Flange Mount Connector for a beam-supported setup, the Ceiling Mount Connector for ceiling mounting, or the Chain Mount Connector when the track needs to be suspended.
Before you finish the installation, run the curtain along the track. It should pass through the corner without getting stuck or pulling to one side. If it does not, check the track position and connections.
For the straight sections of your setup, you can use our curtain track to create the complete track layout.
Where can you use it?
A 90 Degree Corner Connector is useful when a curtain has to cover more than one side of a space. A warehouse may need a curtain around a work area. A stage may have a track that turns backstage. An office may need a curtain to divide two connected areas.
It can also help when a straight curtain track simply does not fit the room layout. Instead of stopping at the corner, the track can continue in another direction.
