Our custom size tarps are built around the dimensions, material, color and fastening options your application requires.

Choose your exact tarp size
Every application is different. That’s why you can enter your required length and width in feet directly into the custom tarp builder.
A properly sized tarp can make covering and securing your load much easier. It can also reduce excess material that needs to be folded, tied, or managed around the edges.

Select the fastener option you need
A tarp is only useful when you can secure it properly. That’s why we offer options designed around how you plan to use the cover.
Our builder gives you several fastening options, so you can choose according to how the tarp will be installed and used.
Available options include:
- 2″ black loop Velcro around the perimeter with adhesive black hook Velcro included
- D-rings approximately every 12″ around the perimeter
- D-rings approximately every 24″ around the perimeter
- Grommets in all four corners
- Grommets approximately every 6″, 12″, 24″ on center around the perimeter
- No grommets or fasteners
- Weighted galvanized chain sewn into the perimeter
This gives you the flexibility to choose a simple cover or a tarp that needs frequent and secure attachment around its edges. If you need a different attachment method, D-rings, Velcro, or a weighted chain option may make more sense.
**If you need a custom-size tarpaulin with grommets, you can select your preferred grommet spacing during configuration.
Add reinforced webbing when needed
You can also choose reinforced webbing sewn into the perimeter hem for grommets as an additional option.
This is useful when the tarp needs reinforced areas around its perimeter for grommet installation. If you don’t need this option, you can select “No.”

Options include natural cotton canvas duck in different weights, clear PVC vinyl, woven reinforced poly, vinyl-coated mesh, fire-resistant canvas, vinyl-coated PVC, ballistic nylon, laminated polyester, Oxford nylon, reinforced poly, polypropylene mesh, neoprene-coated nylon, and other specialty materials.
Pick the color that fits your application
You don’t have to settle for one standard tarp color either. We have a large selection of colors available so it is easier to find something that goes along with your equipment, your work environment or your application.
We have colors like black, brown, burgundy, blue, charcoal, charcoal grey, forest green, mocha sand, navy, off white and many more.
Buy custom size heavy duty tarpaulin
If your tarp will be used frequently or exposed to demanding working conditions, choosing the right material is important.
Our heavy duty tarpaulin can be configured with heavier materials such as 15 oz heavy-duty rhino-tex canvas, 18 oz vinyl-coated PVC, 22 oz vinyl-coated PVC, 24 mil super-duty reinforced poly, and 40 oz reinforced PVC, depending on your application.
You can also select other heavy-duty materials such as ballistic nylon, reinforced polyester, and vinyl materials.

Can I get a tarp in a size that isn’t a standard tarp size?
Yes. That’s why we have our custom size tarp builder. You won’t be stuck with standard sizes – you can get the dimensions you need for your application. Be sure to measure the area well and allow for extra material to tie down the tarp.
What fastener option should I choose for my custom tarp?
It totally depends on how you plan to secure the tarp. Grommets every 12″ or 24″ work well for regular tie-downs. If the tarp will be used in windy conditions, 6″ grommet spacing gives you more points to secure it.
D-rings are a good choice when you need to use straps or ratchets. If you don’t want grommets, you can choose the Velcro perimeter option for easy, tool-free fastening.
