Shipping and Returns

For International Orders

Depending on where the buyer lives, delivery times may change. The recipient is responsible for paying any and all duties, taxes, or other import fees, including clearance service fees in some circumstances. The shipping costs that are displayed in the shopping cart are approximations. These shipping options only include the freight costs.

Rarely, additional money may be needed to complete your order (depending on the country and package size). To confirm a precise quote before placing an order, please feel free to contact us.

Exchanging And Refunding

15-day refund policy

If for some reason you receive a Cargo net that is damaged or missing, we will happily accept a return or exchange, within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds not acceptable

We do not accept exchanges or returns on cargo nets that customers decide they no longer want or need.

In the unlikely event that we made a mistake, just let us know what you require, and we'll be happy to make sure you're a happy customer.

After we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse, refunds are issued back to your original form of payment and processed within 3-5 business days. Before allowing exchanges or refunds, every item is carefully examined.

Note: The items returned that are not brand-new and unused will only be refunded in accordance with their condition, depending on the severity of the damage.

Also, shipping costs are not refundable when transit times are longer than the option chosen.
